There are three ways to place an order; our online store, telephone and mail. |
ONLINE ORDERS |
- By ordering online, we receive your order immediately and your order will be processed faster because there are no calculation errors. Shipping details are e-mailed to you when your order ships, and you can review your previous orders placed through our online store.

MAIL ORDERS |
- Before mailing your order, please make sure that it is filled out completely. Incomplete order forms will delay shipment. Please send only one copy of your order. Sending a duplicate order will likely result in a duplicate shipment and a duplicate charge to your credit card.
|
- If using an old order form when placing your order, please adjust the prices to reflect current pricing and shipping charges. Please check our current catalog or our web site for current pricing.

TELEPHONE ORDERS |
- We can now take telephone orders and accept payment by debit or credit card. Our goal is to provide the fastest, most efficient service possible to our customers. We endeavour to process your telephone orders and confirm the amount to be charged to your card within 24 Hours of the order being placed. The most efficient way to place an order is through our online store.

ADDING TO ORDERS |
- Since it is very difficult for us to add to or make changes to your order, please make sure that your order is complete at the time of submitting your order.

RUSH ORDERS |
- Unless there is a special situation that needs to be considered, we are not able to put your order ahead of those who have placed their order before you. Please contact us if you feel you have special circumstances.

PAYMENTS
|
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Switch, cheques and postal orders. |
- Credit cards are charged when the order is ready for shipment. If paying with a VISA or Mastercard debit card, please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account so that the transaction will not decline. Declined orders will be held for payment.

- Your credit card information is secure and is not available to anyone outside our office.
|
- Your credit card will be charged the actual amount of your order including any dues or credits from previous orders.
|
- Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Pioneer-Service and must be from a UK bank account and paid in GBP.
|
- Orders paid for by personal cheque that are returned to us NSF (insufficient funds), will be charged a £10.00 service fee.
|
RETURNS
|
|
- We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied or you have ordered an item in error and it is in new, resaleable condition, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt of the order for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
|
- Items received defective will be replaced promptly. Please examine your order when it is received and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order to arrange for a replacement.
|
VINYL PRODUCTS |
- Deluxe Magazine and Tract Holders, Study Portfolios and Return Visit Binders that become damaged through normal use within 6 months of receipt of the order, will be replaced. Items left in extreme hot or cold temperatures or that have been extremely abused are not eligible for replacement. Damaged items will need to be returned to Pioneer-Service. at the customer's expense.

- Clear-vinyl products will be replaced if found defective within 30 days of receipt of the order.

ITEMS SHIPPED IN ERROR |
- If we shipped the wrong item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order and we will correct the error promptly.

- All customer information is held solely by Pioneer-Service and is not shared with anyone or any other company.
